Nathan Bond

President / Founder

Nathan is an accomplished artist, educator, entrepreneur, and proud dad. As a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Nathan has built a successful 28-year career as a figurative painter and freelance illustrator, collaborating with clients across diverse industries.

Nathan spent 16 years teaching in the Illustration Department at Parsons School of Design. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Comprehensive Youth Development, where he contributes to programs that positively impact the lives of young people.

Throughout his multifaceted career and experiences, Nathan has demonstrated a commitment to art, education, and the improvement of the creative community. Nathan founded Fair Share Publishing to establish a supportive platform & thriving ecosystem to ensure equitable compensation for children’s book creators.

Nathan lives in New York with his wife and daughter, is an avid cook, and kicked cancer’s butt.

Paula Sheu

Finance / Operations

Paula is responsible for financial functions and manages operations at Fair Share. 

Paula has 15+ years of experience managing business practices in both entrepreneurial and institutional settings. Accomplished in financial analysis, corporate development, operations and strategy.  Experienced leader of cross-functional teams with practical experience across financial services, technology, and social impact.

Paula earned her M.B.A. in Finance and Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and her B.A. of Economics with Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago. 

Clarence V. Reynolds

Editor

Clarence V. Reynolds is an independent editor and writer. He is the former director of Literary Programs at the Center for Black Literature at Medgar Evers College, CUNY, and editor-in-chief of the Killens Review of Arts & Letters, the Center’s biannual literary journal, and coordinator of the National Black Writers Conference. He currently serves on the board of the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP) and has served on the board of the Brooklyn Literary Council. As an independent editor and journalist, he has published in and worked for Convergence, Diversity and Inclusion/Diverse: Issues in Higher Education; Mosaic Literary Magazine; and The Network Journal. He is editor of America I AM: Journal (SmileyBooks, 2010) and the former managing editor of Black Issues Book Review.

Eileen Delgado

Editor

Eileen Delgado, Chief Editor, holds Masters Degrees in Education as well as in Administration and Supervision, has written and edited curricula for the NYC Department of Education, taught ESL to adults and middle school students, co-authored two successful federal grants, compiled a Culture and Heritage Resource Guide for use in NYC schools, heard cases and wrote Step One decisions in the Office of Appeals and Reviews, a division of the NYC Department of Education and edited an elementary school yearbook containing original student stories.

She is happiest when her own family and friends ask her to edit their various forms of written communication including letters of reference, speeches, advertisements, CVs and portfolios.

N. Jeremi Duru

Legal

Professor N. Jeremi Duru teaches sports law, civil procedure, and employment discrimination at American University. He is a co-author of one of the field’s premier casebooks, Sports Law and Regulation: Cases and Materials (5th edition) (Wolters Kluwer), as well as, The Business of Sports Agents (3rd edition) (U. of Penn Press). In addition, he is the sole author of Advancing the Ball: Race, Reformation, and the Quest for Equal Coaching Opportunity in the NFL (Oxford University Press), which examines the NFL’s movement toward increased equality of opportunity for coaches and front office personnel.

As well as working with Fair Share Publishing, he serves on the NCAA’s Committees on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sport, the Sports Lawyers Association’s Board of Directors, the National Sports Law Institute’s Board of Advisors, and the LawInSport Editorial Board.

Professor Duru has a particular interest in sport’s impact on society, with a principle focus on racial and gender dynamics. He has received the National Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Lawyer of the Year Award as well as the American University Faculty Award for Outstanding Teaching and the Washington College of Law Award for Excellence in Teaching. In addition, before joining the WCL faculty, while teaching at Temple Law School, Professor Duru received Temple’s George P. Williams Outstanding Law Professor of the Year Award.

J.J. Weinberg

J.J. Weinberg, a graduate of the esteemed American Academy of Art, was Nominated for "Best Traditional Artist" at NFTNYC 2021 and invited as a speaker for the 2023 event. Weinberg's contributions to WEB3 storytelling have proven to be ahead of an extraordinarily rapidly evolving space.

Weinberg achieved a history-making sale in 2021 at a prominent New York City auction house, where his captivating artwork shared the stage with esteemed artists such as Banksy and Warhol. This extraordinary achievement not only solidified Weinberg's position in art history on the blockchain but also garnered media attention, with articles in Yahoo Finance and the Chicago Tribune celebrating his thought-provoking "Well Regulated Militia" series.

Critics have hailed Weinberg as a modern-day "Mark Twain with a paintbrush" and called him "Norman Rockwell with a Sledgehammer," recognizing the depth and impact of his diverse body of work. His vast array of creative endeavors has reached broad audiences, featured on renowned platforms such as Good Morning America and even showcased as highlights on SportsCenter's Top Plays. Weinberg is no stranger to producing viral content.

Weinberg's talents extend beyond a single medium, as he has made notable marks as a branding professional, musician, verified artist on OpenSea, and he became an author completing his first book in 2022. He is known for his charity work with the nonprofit organization Silverstray (www.silverstray.org) and for creating an NFT for the Lopez Foundation, a gesture that moved acclaimed comedian George Lopez to tears of gratitude. Similarly, Sally Schenck, the director of "The Joy of Painting," was deeply touched by Weinberg's visiting Lurie's Children's Hospital dressed as Bob Ross, aligning with his collection of 10,000 Happy Little Hairdos and bringing some joy into the lives of young cancer patients. "Bob would have LOVED this, he would have loved YOU," Sally expressed to Weinberg, reflecting the profound impact his art has on both individuals and communities.

Krishawna Goins

Krishawna Goins is an accomplished early elementary educator, innovator, and activist, dedicated to transforming education. Krishawna holds two degrees from The Pennsylvania State University: an undergraduate degree in Elementary & Early Childhood Education with a minor in Education Policy Studies, and a masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on social studies education.

Throughout her career, Krishawna has gained recognition for her expertise in project-based and personalized learning, computer science integration, and transformative social-emotional learning. Her classroom is a vibrant space where she skillfully merges project-based learning, next-generation skills and competencies, and a commitment to social justice to foster a community of changemakers. As an Equity Lead, Krishawna guides and supports teachers through professional development, curriculum creation, and coaching, enabling them to establish and sustain culturally responsive learning environments. Her dedication to socially just schools and transformative teaching has earned her national recognition as an exemplary educator for the indelible impact she leaves on the lives of students, teachers, and communities alike.

In addition to her educational pursuits, Krishawna is a co-founder and Freedom Dreamer at Women X Meta, a pioneering #web3 startup, striving to ensure that women and BIPOCQ have a voice in innovation. Excited about the opportunity to join the Fair Share Publishing Team, Krishawna brings her passion for driving innovation and dismantling barriers, particularly in the realm of children's literacy experiences.
