**Troubleshooting Missing NFTs in Wallet**
If you're not seeing your NFTs in your MetaMask wallet, don't worry. A missing NFT image is a common issue (especially with MetaMask) that can often be resolved by checking your hidden folder. Below are the steps to locate and import your hidden NFTs, both on desktop and mobile devices. For the best user experience, accessing your portfolio on a browser with MetaMask is preferred.
Please watch the following video for a step by step guide to locate your hidden Book Token NFTs on desktop browsers.
If you use the MetaMask mobile app, you will have to select the “Import NFTs Manually” option. A point and click function is not available as it is on desktops. Import them manually by following the steps below:
First, make sure you are on the Polygon network and then select the NFTs option. Next click on “Import NFTs.
Next, you will need to locate and fill in the requested information: Address (this is the contract address) and ID (this is a number between 1-40 that identifies your Book Token).
There are 2 ways to locate your transaction address.
1. Email us requesting the transaction address and the token number for your NFT at help@fairsharepublishing.com
2. Visit the OpenSea page corresponding to your NFT book tokens name via one of the links below:

- Ensure that your address is listed as the owner of the NFT on MetaMask. Each NFT has a unique transaction address, and importing it will not succeed if the address does not match.
- Click on the NFT item and check the description area, scroll to the details section; there you'll find the necessary information.
- Copy the transaction number and paste it into MetaMask and then enter the token number.
Your NFT image should appear.
